What’s Included:

❄️30 Min. Holiday Kick Off Call: A 30-minute call to discuss what stresses you out the most for the holiday season, what your goals are, and what self-care practices have (and have not) worked for you in the past. **This call will help me create your customized Self-Care Plan and must be scheduled prior to 11/30/24

❄️Customized Self-Care Plan: I’ll work with you to create an adaptable self-care routine, tailored specifically to your needs, challenges, and holiday stressors. This plan will help you integrate ALL the self-care languages, so you’re not just focused on one but achieving full balance.

❄️Private Access to Me: You’ll have direct access to me during office hours throughout December. Whether you need personalized support, want to discuss stressors, or need a safe space to vent, I’ll be there to guide you.

❄️Exclusive 1-on-1 SOS Call: Each member will have access to a 45-minute SOS call where we can address any immediate or unexpected stress. This call may include a personalized guided meditation or a guided “energy bubble” setting to help reset your energy and reinforce personal boundaries, especially during stressful holiday events.
