A Note on Complementary & Alternative Health Care in Minnesota
The State of Minnesota has not adopted specific educational and training standards for unlicensed complementary and alternative health care practitioners. This document serves to provide you with information regarding my credentials and the services offered.

Service Fees and Payment Information
The rate for each session is $100.00 (plus tax) for up to 2 hours, or as outlined for specific packages or offerings at Intuitive Joy. Payment options include cash, Venmo, or credit card (an additional service charge of 2.87% applies for credit card payments).

Payment is expected prior to each session unless we have agreed otherwise in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of a session or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost plus tax. If three no-show appointments or unpaid fees occur, we will discuss the future of our work together, which may include an evaluation or possible termination of services.

You will be informed of any changes to fees or services in advance; no unexpected charges will be applied without prior notice.

Your Rights as a Client
As my client, you can expect a respectful and supportive experience, free from any form of abuse. My practice offers gentle, heart-centered Healing Touch and guided meditation, and all sessions are fully clothed. Each session may bring you into a deep state of relaxation; your experience is unique to your own energy and expectations.

My role as your healer is to provide a safe, nurturing space and to serve as an energetic guide, supporting your journey of self-discovery and empowering you to access your own healing potential. During our first session, I will ask about your wellness goals, and together, we will craft a care plan that aligns with your needs and preferences.

Confidentiality and Record Keeping
All records related to your care are strictly confidential. They will not be shared without your written consent. You are welcome to request a copy of your records at any time by completing an authorization form (a copy fee may apply).

If you would like referrals to additional resources within the community, I am happy to offer recommendations within my knowledge to support your journey. You have the freedom to explore other healing resources or practitioners at any time.

Your Right to Choose
You may discontinue sessions with me at any time, and payment for services rendered is non-refundable. Should you wish to transition to another practitioner, I will assist in providing a coordinated transfer of care.
