How it Works

1) Place Your Order: Begin by selecting your stone and pay the non-refundable deposit of $30 to start the process. This deposit ensures that each custom creation is tailored with focus and care, just for you. Custom pieces start at $50 and may vary depending on materials, stone selection, and the intricacy of the design.

2) Crafting Your Piece: After receiving your deposit, I will start crafting your piece in the order it was received. Custom orders generally take at least 2 weeks to complete, allowing time to ensure quality and intention in every wrap and detail.

3) Review & Completion: Once your piece is complete, you’ll receive a photo of the final design via email. From there, we’ll arrange pickup or shipping to get your piece home to you.

We aim to ensure that every custom order reflects your vision, but we understand adjustments may sometimes be needed. Here’s what you can expect from our custom order policy

Non-Refundable Deposit

The initial $30 deposit is non-refundable and confirms the start of your piece.

Options for Adjustments

If the final piece doesn’t feel like the right fit, you have two options:

  1. Redesign
    I’m happy to remake your piece for an additional $10 fee to cover materials and time. This redesign option lets us fine-tune your piece to meet your vision.
  2. Cancel the Order
    If you decide that the piece no longer aligns with your intentions, you may opt to cancel the order. Please note that in this case, the deposit is non-refundable.

Timelines

Custom orders are typically completed within 2 weeks, but you’ll receive an update if there are any changes to this timeframe.
